- Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking, either via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods.
- Cancellations: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that all information provided is accurate, including but not limited to booking details, payment information, and travel requirements. Customers are also responsible for ensuring their travel is within the allowed weight and size limits for the vehicle chosen.
5. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are expected to provide professional, safe, and timely transportation services. They must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in relation to driving, vehicle maintenance, and passenger safety.
6. Liabilities and Limitations
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to customers or their property, except where required by law. We do not guarantee availability at all times and cannot be held liable for service delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or mechanical failures.
