TipTop Transport Solutions – Customer's Terms and Obligations
These terms are designed to ensure safety, comfort, and compliance with NSW point-to-point transport laws. By booking with TipTop Transport Solutions, you agree to follow the obligations below.
Booking with TipTop Transport Solutions
- All bookings must be made through our official booking channels (website, phone line, or authorised partner platforms).
- Passengers must provide accurate booking details including pick-up location, destination, number of passengers, luggage needs, and any special requirements (e.g., wheelchair access, baby seat).
- For special service requirements such as wheelchair vehicles or baby seats, passengers should clearly request these at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Vehicle and Driver Identification
- Confirm that the arriving vehicle and driver match the booking confirmation details (vehicle registration, make/model, and driver's name).
- If details do not match, do not board the vehicle and contact TipTop Transport Solutions immediately.
Payment of Fares
- All fares must be paid in full at the time of booking, via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or another available payment method.
- Passengers must ensure their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds before booking.
- Refusal or failure to pay may result in reporting to authorities and recovery action.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers must:
- Treat drivers, vehicles, and fellow passengers respectfully.
- Not distract or interfere with the driver's safe operation of the vehicle.
- Avoid causing nuisance, risk, or discomfort to others.
- Not smoke, use illegal substances, or consume alcohol unless specifically permitted by the driver.
Safety Compliance
- All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- Children must be secured in an appropriate child restraint or booster seat in accordance with NSW road rules.
- Passengers must follow all lawful safety instructions given by the driver.
Wheelchair Taxi Services
- Passengers requesting wheelchair-accessible taxis must inform TipTop Transport Solutions at the time of booking.
- Ensure that the wheelchair or mobility device meets vehicle safety specifications.
- For your safety, remain secured in the vehicle using the provided restraints throughout the journey.
- The driver will assist with boarding and alighting, but passengers should be ready at the agreed pick-up time to avoid delays.
Baby Seat Requests
- Baby seats must be requested at the time of booking, stating the child's age and weight so that the correct restraint can be provided.
- TipTop Transport Solutions will provide an appropriate child seat, but passengers remain responsible for checking the seat is correctly fitted and secured before travel.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the child remains restrained for the entire trip.
Changes, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Notify TipTop Transport Solutions as early as possible for any booking changes or cancellations.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on notice given.
- A no-show without cancellation will incur a charge equal to the minimum fare or as otherwise agreed at booking.
Lost Property
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings.
- Items left behind will be handled under TipTop Transport Solutions' lost property process. Storage or delivery fees may apply.
Feedback and Complaints
Report any concerns about fares, service quality, or safety directly to TipTop Transport Solutions through our customer service channels. If we cannot resolve the matter, passengers may contact the NSW Point to Point Transport Commissioner for further assistance.
