Refund Policy
Please take note of our cancellation and refund policy.
In case of any cancellation or changes to your booking, kindly inform us at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit amount or incurring of any cancellation fees.
The following chart shows the cancellation charges and refund amounts based on the time before the journey:

| 24 hours or more before the journey | No charge | 100% of the fare (full refund) |
In case of rescheduling, no charges will be applied for the first trip. However, for more than one rescheduling, an administration charge of $20 will be applied.
